We know that man has 46 chromsomes. They contain 3 billion base-pairs. If you do not believe that God made man, imaging how long it will take to form chromsomes by adding one base-pair by one base-pair. It took 15 years to make one million base-pair DNA with our current best biotechnology. If we put the four kinds of deoxynucleotides (A, C, G, T) together, how long will it take for them to form DNA? Automatically? 3 billion base-pairs? 46 chromsomes? At the same time? It says that it took millions and millions of years for man to develop. If no DNases, the chromsomes might not be cut (if they can form DNA at the first place). With DNases around, the formed chromsomes might be cut here or there. Evolution and Darwin: A Halt of the Seeking of True Origin of Humans

In recent decades human society has advanced in many fronts. However, it is still unclear that how long is the history of human and the origin of human. It has been claimed that human history might be million, even billion years. Based on Bible, private estimate of human history by Christians is around 6000 to 12000 years, which is near the known five thousand years of history of China. No matter it was billion years or 6000 years of history of human, another key thing for human is the origin of human. It is unknown whether man come as one, a group, man and woman the same time, from soil, from soil automatically, or from an extinct little man’s DNA or evoluted from monkey as Darwin stated. This article clearly depicted that human was not from monkey and did not come to this world from soil automatically.

The origin of humans, as well as the origin of all cell based complicated animals and plants, is a key aspect of our world. To understand this issue is of great importance to humans and our society. This article has for the first time thoroughly reexamined this issue based on current best human scientific knowledge and concluded that 1) Darwin’s evolution theory has no any scientific base and is deadly wrong and misleading; 2) There are limitations of Central Dogma and the basic unit of our life, the cells, has zero chance to come to this world automatically; 3) Cells were made from the first place, therefore, humans, other animals, and plants are all made at the first place.

The article found important questions and critical solutions regarding the origin of earth life and opens a new era about human origin and our past.

1. Darwin theory

Charles Darwin and Alfred Wallace were the first to formulate a scientific argument for the theory of evolution by means of natural selection. Evolution by natural selection is a process that is inferred from three facts about populations: 1) more offspring are produced than can possibly survive, 2) traits vary among individuals, leading to different rates of survival and reproduction, and 3) trait differences are heritable

We do have different colors. DARWIN COULD BE REALLY RIGHT ON THAT!

Cold places have white; warm places have yellow; too much sun, got black! Just a thought for tea time!

However, when explain the origins of life with his theory, there are many things need to be considered. One fact is that all those were prior to molecular biology, even cell biology. Just imaging how a virus changing to a cell, a mouse changing to a dog, or a monkey changing to a man.

2.      Darwin and human origin

According to a report on Vikipedia “The possibility of linking humans with earlier apes by descent became clear only after 1859 with the publication of Charles Darwin‘s On the Origin of Species, in which he argued for the idea of the evolution of new species from earlier ones”.

It stated that  Thomas Henry Huxley supported the nature of human evolution by arguing for human evolution from apes by illustrating many of the similarities and differences between humans and apes around that time. However, both reasoning happened even before cell biology and was solely dependent on human eye observations.

1. Did man evolute from monkey?

It was reported that a big debate happened in 1959 regarding evolution from monkey.  Current thought is that man came from monkey many many years, or millions years ago. Current theory (be taught in text books!) is that monkeys learned to use stones or wood sticks over many years, then stood up and had hands and feet difference, and gained human wisdom over monkeys. Indeed, the homology between man and monkey genes could be up to 95 or 99%. However, the basic fact is that monkey has 48 chromosomes and man has only 46.

Are humans getting smarter by dropping two monkey chromosomes, and how?  One thought is that the early monkey man got a really fine wood stick and picked-out 2 chromsomes from each of his cells. How many cells had he picked? Not many cells died? Find the finest wood stick or needles you can have now and try to pick a chromosome if you can see it. Ask your professor if you need a microscope. Which microscope did the first monkey man use? May be a pair of sunglass. Useful microscopes were first used in 1660 in Europe and micro-organisms were found in 1676, so monkeys at that time may have access of them, but not the first monkey man.Therefore, the first monkey man did not have a chance to have a microscope for his tuff picking job.

 Now talking more about the monkey man, which 2 chromsomes did the first monkey man pick out? If happened the Y chromosome be picked up, then he saved the surgeon to do a transition if he did alive. He must love the beach in Florida, since the process had to take a while for he had billions of cells to pick. Nowadays we do can do micro-injection into cells, but to pick 2 chromosomes? First you need to wait when the DNA in chromosome forms, this is only a small fraction of the cell’s life cycle. So the first monkey man had to wait for each cells to be in their chromosome time. It is better for him to travel between Florida beach and Hawaii beach, otherwise the waiting times would be really boring. He could save some travel time if he was lucky to have a telescope to tell him which cell was in chromosome time, a telescope can see cells and chromosome deep in tissue. Try out your telescope and check what could you see. How could the first monkey man to tell which two chromosomes to pick? If happened he picked the ones controls hand movement in all cells, then he could not pick anymore. It would be worse, if he picked the ones controls eye-sight in all cells, then he could not see anymore. Not mention if he picked the ones that control heart beat or  breath.  And more, if he popped the cells in the brain area that controls movement, then he could not move at once at all. 

Humans can sing much better and singing is good for our health. Are monkeys getting stupid by having two extra non-human chromosomes ? Since monkeys can’t sing well, these two extra monkey chromosomes must interfere singing. Would you like to make a singing monkey? Is there a way for you to do that?

Another way was that the first man-father monkey picked his sperms. He only needed to pick enough sperms. Then he needed to find a female monkey around and waited for her to have eggs. He had to pick the egg as well before fertilization. The first man-father monkey could do in vitro fertilization. He could not just give his picked sperms to the female monkey, otherwise we could have monkeyman. He needed just pick one chromosome from a sperm and one from an egg. Could you please help him? Could you please help him to see what tools or wood sticks he would need? The challenge here is much simple than pick two chromosomes from each cell. You really needed is to pick one chromosome from a sperm and one from an egg to be a man-father monkey. The question was that could you pick chromosome in sperms and eggs? If the picked sperms failed to move, you could not do in vitro fertilization. Could someone go to a Zoo to teach an ape to do this?

Another key thing is that normally DNA is in a not visible phase by microscope. Chromosomes are only visible under a light microscope (after proper staining) when a cell is undergoing mitosis during a sequence of mitosis known as metaphase (when chromosomes align together, attached to the mitotic spindle and prepare to divide. Chromosomes were first found in 1880, so Darwin did not get chance to know it. Sorry to say, Darwin’s evolution is soly based on naked eye observation, he knew nothing about chromosomes, or may not even get a chance to touch a microscope.

1. The limitation of Central Dogma

The central dogma of molecular biology is an explanation of the flow of genetic information within a biological system. It was first stated by Francis Crick in 1956. It correctly summarized the genetic flow of life. However, there are limitations of this ruling dogma and it could not explain the initiation of cells or life . Here are three basic questions that could not be explained by the Central Dogma:

Puzzle 1: How to make genome DNA without enzyme?

Human life is cell based. If no cells, there were no humans. The question is how cells were formed at the first place for the first man as well as for the first woman. We all know that based on current biomedical sciences HUMAN DNA is the key of human cells or human life. Human DNA is three billions base-pair long total. According to central dogma, to be able to make long DNA, the system must have DNA template, 4 types of nucleotides, and DNA dependent DNA polymerase. Current technology can make short oligos, but not long ones. The same is true for DNA dependent DNA polymerase. Current technology can make short peptides, but not long proteins, like DNA polymerase.

Therefore, it could not be established based on central dogma that human had come from soil automatically at the beginning of human. In the contrary, it has firmly concluded that human did not come from soil automatically based on Central Dogma and current scientific advancements and limitations. Then where is the answer? One suggestion is to look Bible and  A new book Scientific Introduction to Bible – The Design of Life. There are 7 big puzzles in the new book for you to consider.

Now science has been advanced so much, it was not the time of the beginning of human life, and not the time of Darwin. We not only have cell biology, but ALSO molecular biology. We know precisely the genetic information flow within cells and from  cells to cells. It is a good time to ask your professors, teachers, doctors, pastors whether they can help you to build a cell for you from soil if you do need help. A personal understanding of whether human came from soil directly or made by God from soil is essential to a person’s life and the life of human.

Social-economic stages of a nation has been named as Original, Slavery, Feudal, Capital, Social, and Communist in the 18 century by Karl Max and others. It was believed that those stages would occur sequentially and was told in classrooms. These first 4 stages happened in some nations in EU sequentially. One of the biggest breakthroughs of the system is the October Revolution of Russia. So the question is which one first, the mRNA for DNA dependent RNA polymerase or the DNA dependent RNA polymerase that make the mRNA? Central dogma is right since we have had life, but what could happen at the time of beginning of life, the establishment of the basic unit of life, the cells?

What can we eat now without worry about cancer?  The list is getting shorter and shorter. Ok, we eat less smoked meat. Red meat, lower risk, well, well,  have to eat some times. Lucky, we can eat sea food. Some say we can’t eat sugar because it may lead to cancer. So we can’t eat bread, rice, cake, bagel, so on.  No more fruits as well. Well , well, a pure veg. world with only sea food. Is the sugar cause an imaging thought of them? According to USA census 2015 for 2013 survey, nearly half Americans have the chance to celebrate their 70′s birthday. Age 60-70 years is a big bottle neck, almost 30% people lost their life during this period. The good news is that if you could pass age 70, you have 77% chance to reach age 75.  Females achieved better survival percentages than males at the age 65 mark : 5 to 4; even better at the age 70 mark: 10 to 6. At a  highmark of age 85, 20% males and almost 40% females could live over the mark. From 2010 to 2013, males made progresses for over age 65 mark: in 2010 the number is 17.36 millions, while in 2013 the number is 19.59 millions, a 2 millions up. This progress is more likely due to the better cardiovascular health, such as diet improvement and treatment advancement.

Less red meat, more fish to reduce breast cancer

Breast cancer is the highest incidence cancer in women. In EU and America, it is as high as 10-12%, and is the leading cause of death in cancer patients.

The incidence of breast cancer is growing fast in China. According to a webpage by Shanghai Doctor/Professor Zhigang Chuang, Chinese Cancer society reported that In 1972, the incidence of breast cancer was about 17/100,000. In 1992, the incidence was about 34/100,000. In 2000, it was already 56/100,000, that is very close to the incidence in EU and America.

Why the incidence went up so much in the 40 years?  Medical Director, Jinhai Wang, M.D., an oncologist and immunologist at MedBio, SJ Med Music Corporation, Maryland, USA,  for the first time points out that A fact, among others, is that women in China consumed more and more red meat since 1979 to a level that is very similar to  that of women in EU and America: you can eat as much red meat as you like. Dr. Wang believes that the significant increase in consuming of red meat by Chinese women was the key cause of increased breast cancer in China from 1970s to recent years. No other single changes during these 40 years would be more likely than the increase of red meat consuming for the dramatical increase of breast cancer in Chinese women. In 1970s, red meat consuming in China was about 0.5 lb per person per month. 

 In recent years, WHO has stated that processed red meat is associated with increased cancer.  WHO downgraded red meat to 2^nd class of meat 5 or 6 years ago. Fish is in the first class of meat. Japan has a lot of sea, fish, and they eat a lot of fish, this may be why they have an average of lifespan of 84 years and top all other nations.

Things can be considered to reduce breast cancer risk: More fruit and vegs, less red meat and fat, more grains, be joyful, good wellness, cloths not too tight, have a mammogram each year after age 50.

少肉多鱼防乳癌

乳癌是妇女发病率最高的肿瘤。乳癌的发病率在欧美高达10-12%，是妇女的头号杀手。

中国大陆乳癌的发生率很令人失望，已日趋欧美的发生率。据上海妇幼       大夫，大陆1972年乳癌发生率为17/100000， 1992年上升一倍为34/100000，而2000年飘至56/100000.

为什么大陆乳癌率会上升如此之多？一个伴随的事实是国人食肉量巨增。欧美食肉量没有限制。近年世界卫生组织已将加工肉类与癌挂钩。红肉已降为2类肉。鱼为一类肉。日本海多，鱼多，人们食鱼亦多。这也许是日本人均寿命居世界之冠达84岁之故。

多蔬果，少脂肪，多五谷，乐观向上，卫生健康，衣宽松， 45-50 后每年mammogram ( 微小病灶手无法发现)。

As we reported on November 16 that large amount of red meat associated with higher incidence of breast cancer, then how to maintain strong and healthy without large amount of red meat? There are ways to do just that. Fish and shrimps, as well as other sea food are great. If people indeed switch to a high in fish, low in red meat diet, then it is important to best use of our available sea resources around the world. How to do this will be a big challenge for the world. Nations like Russia, Japan, British, Australia, they do have rich sea resources. How about other nations that without or lack of sea resources?

Another important way to maintain healthy and strong without meat at all is in practice in Asia, namely Buddhism.  The main protein source for them are soy bean product, such as Tofu. They eat eggs as well. Eggs could be boiled, or cooked many other ways. Soy bean products can be cooked many ways as well. I have tasted tofu chicken, tofu meat myself in China. They tasted like chicken, or meat, but were totally made of tofu. Actually you feel like that you are eating meat in a way. Those were famous dishes promoted by Buddhism and loved by people.

It is a fact that people on soy bean product and eggs only as protein source is healthy and strong, with normal family life.

Amazingly today is Christmas on Sunday, two celebrations on the same day. Christmas songs and Christmas joy in Sunday, with a resting day on Monday, so good, so great. The next Christmas on Sunday will be 2022. It seems that Christmas on Sunday happens every 17 years. Christmas on Sunday happened in 1932, 1949, 1966, and 1983, but was skipped in 1999/2000. Periodic Cicada have been around every 17 years. Reported recent years are 1932, 1949, 1966, 1983, 2000, and this year 2016. Amazingly those are years we have Christmas on Sunday except year 2000.  We did not have Christmas on Sunday in 2000, because in 1999 Christmas was on Saturday, and in 2000 Christmas was on Monday, so within 32 years (between 1983 to 2016) we did not have Christmas on Sunday. Before we have had GPS and compass, people used to get directions from the Big Dipper (北斗七星). The North Star (Polaris北极星) of the Dipper will lead one to the north. There are seven stars in the Dipper.

There are many beautiful flowers blooming in the spring. Red, white, pink, yellow, you name it. Purple is a Royal color for British. Amazingly, there are seven naturally growing different shape and sized purple flowers blooming now in the backyard, a nature purple garden, of a private home.

The rainbows consist of seven colors 七色:

Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet

The seven major feelings of humans七情, SOME SAY, are:

Happiness, angry, hopeless, joy, hate,  love, desire.

In music, there are seven notes in a music scale 七律.

The world is divided into seven continents 七大洲.

The measurements of our world are seven dimensional七维: up, down, left, right, front, back, and timing.

A week has seven days周有七日.

Bible states that God created our world in seven days神七日创造世界.

Another fact is that our vision, smell, hearing, taste, feeling, neuronal transmission, and cell migration are all governed by GPCRs, G-protein coupled seven transmembrane receptors, the largest protein family of humans.

Wang, pen name of Jinhai Wang) have had Q & A  on four music related issues in addition to other issues, such as control HIV-1, how to cure cancer, how to reach 100 years birthday. The four music issues are 1) Does music have medical value; 2) Do songs do the same thing? 3) Do all people respond to the same music the same way; 4) How can I find the music best for me.

Book “Scientific Introduction to Bible – the Design of Life” was published in 2013 (New edition in 2016). There are a lot of sevens in the world :

Before we have had GPS and compass, people used to get directions from the Big Dipper. The North Star (Polaris) of the Dipper will lead one to the north. There are seven stars in the Dipper.

There are many beautiful flowers blooming in the spring. Red, white, pink, yellow, you name it. Purple is a Royal color for British. Amazingly, there are seven naturally growing different shape and sized purple flowers blooming now in the backyard, a nature purple garden, of a private home.

The rainbows consist of seven colors:

Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet

Without 7 colors the world would be in dark again.

The seven major feelings of humans, SOME SAY, are:

Happiness, angry, hopeless, joy, hate,  love, desire.

In music, there are seven notes in a music scale.

The world is divided into seven continents.

The measurements of our world are seven dimensional: up, down, left, right, front, back, and timing.

A week has seven days.

Bible states that God created our world in seven days.

Another fact is that our vision, smell, hearing, taste, feeling, neuronal transmission, and cell migration are all governed by GPCRs, G-protein coupled seven transmembrane receptors, the largest protein family of humans.

It has long be debated whether eggs first, or chicken first internationally. Since as we stated in THE NEW BOOK “Scientific Introduction to Bible – the Grand Design of Life and World” by Dr. Jinhai Wang, all life were designed and created at the first place, so you would not make eggs, then fed them and waited them to grow.  You rather create the chicken, let them lay eggs, THEN grow little baby chicken. Otherwise the creator had to serve as the chicken mother to take care all the baby chicken. Believe or not?

Many have read Bible many many times and some for more than decades. Has anyone seen Adam and Eva in their early childhood? Anyway, no one ever fed them, because there was no such need for both of them. They both could walk and pick up fruits in the garden. Therefore, they certainly did not have early childhood, though we did not no whether they could make baby right at the early time of the garden. A real presidents’ day fun!

Med Music Jinhai Wang thinks that 1937.9.18 invasion of China by Japan inspired the growth and control of Nazes in Germany. Whether that accelerated the time table of WWII to 1939 is a question.  German attacked France, British, Russia, and other nations in EU during 1939-1944. China defensed Japan and Russia defensed Germany, Russia and China protected each other from the attacks of Germany and Japan from two sides . Italy was on the side of German and Japan. Bombing Pearl Harbor by Japan led USA attacking of Germany in EU. USA air force also showed up in the air of China and helping protection of that region that under Japanese attacking. After a big snow, Russia started their big counter-attack of Germany troops, including Tank troops that was inside of Russia. British, France, USA also mounted great counter attack of Germany troops in EU. EU battle was ended in 1945.5, and Germany was divided into West Germany that was under the monitoring of USA, British, and France, and East Germany, which was directed for a not long time under Russia.  After the end of EU battle in 1945.5, Russia Red Army entered China to help against Japan in China. In early of 1945.9., second day after a small island bombing by USA airforce, Japan declared Japan was defeated. The World War II was ended. The 8 years of anti Japanese invasion of China was also ended.  At times, when there were no choice but to defend the independence and freedom of most nations and people, and the choice of each nation, then it had to be for the protection of most people and their freedom.

Eight years of war, how many lives were lost in China? 6 years of World War II, how many lives were lost in the world?  Why to start wars to against other nations?

Based on the following factors:

1) 2018 population, India (1.375B) vs China (1.42B; Taiwan included)

2) growth rate of population,

3) ratio of aging group in total,

4) predicted death number,

5) number of ladies at birth age,

6) birth willingness of ladies,

7) family size,

an estimate has been made that is “India will surpass China (including Taiwan) in population in 2020″.

The estimate would hold even if China terminates its birth control police now.

China and India both face big challenges, but totally different one. China needs to maintain its generation size at a preset reduced level after the plateau of its population , whereas will India (in a curve-up growth line) consider any control police at all?

Simplified music: Easy to use. Created in 1930s in China by NiEr, who died at age 23. It is suitable for all 12 majors. Not clear why 1200 years ago China Tang-Chao poems were/are great, but music recording seems limited. It might be by mouth to mouth for songs. It’s very interesting how has Beijing opera passed by their songs before NiEr. Music was booming since NiEr time. A lot of great music were made in the 1950s, 1960s, 1980s after. Great songs were created in Taiwan in the 1970s as well.

They are either Italian or Spain, and they (Placid Domingo and Jose Carreras) are over 70 years old now.

As a USA tenor, try to live over 50 years old in USA. I am a tenor and am over 50 years old, my concerts are “Best of Lanza and Pavarotti”, but with just about 10 years professional singing time, that is shorter then those of Lanza, Presley, and Jackson. The lucky thing maybe I am a doctor too for those years, so still live.

Some times we say a family has 5 flowers because the family has five girls. Some times 3, or 4 girls. There was a very famous Chinese movie (5 Golden Flowers) in the 1950s. Why is that?

Now the data suggest that moms of those families with 5, 4, or 3 girls should have selectivity toward X-chromosome sperms on each occasion.

Interestingly, new data indicate that the eggs of those girls reversely select sperms of Y chromosome, because their children are mostly boys.

It was a surprise that the sky was already white-grey-blue at 4:30 in the morning in Qinhuangdao City, HeBei, China in 2018.6, 2019.5. In 1975-1979 it was still dark at 6:00 am at the same city.  The data, though 40 years apart, indicate that earth rotated 2 minutes faster each year during these last 40 years. Is this a big problem down the road or not? When speed goes up to a level, things could be spin-off, in theory.

Christmas day was a nice day at 50 F. In the Christmas afternoon, there was a double cloudbows shining in the sky.  The first one was closer to Sun, much brighter and colored. The second bow was little more distanced from Sun, bigger and with full rainbow colors.
